Do you supply beach chairs?

We supply renters with 8 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs. We also have a supply of beach towels.

Do you supply bikes?

We do not supply bikes. However, many bike rental companies service Kiawah Island. Our personal favorite is Alligator Bikes. (843) 559-8200. Be sure to ask if they offer promo codes during the month you will be visiting.

Is the pool heated?

The pool can be heated upon request during the cooler months. Please inquire about the price per day when booking, as it changes based on the fluctuating cost of heating fuel.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 2:30 p.m., and check-out is at 9:30 a.m.

How far is the beach?

The beach is 9/10 of a mile from our home. You can easily bike to it. Additionally, a beach parking lot is directly across the street, where you can park and take a short walk to the beach. Directions are provided.

Which golf courses are public? You can play golf at any of the Kiawah golf courses. You must book your tee times in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?
